Interiors are an expression of communication. Wahre Schönheit kommt von Innen.
What all projects have in common is the coup de foudre, love at first sight, because each one is special and for many of our clients we are repeat offenders. Here in the digital showroom an insight into 100% interior corporate interiors, 80% healthcare and 20% other interior projects.
Healthcare is the focus in which we work with specialist knowledge and experience in the hospital and healthcare sector. There is also a lively interior design mix of office and residential real estate, exhibition and product design.
Clients include the PKV for their private patient room prototypes, hospital groups such as Sana, LVR, Pro Homine or VKKD, the Heidelberg University Hospital (UKHD), private hospitals such as Dr. Becker Group or public clients such as the Munich Municipal Hospital Group (MMHG). Companies such as dhpg, Norton Rose or Hidden Champion Mewa trust us just like the city of Aachen, KoelnMesse or Bitkom with the prominent CeBIT digital show Futurecare.
Among the last designs are interiors for the multiple award-winning psychosomatic clinic Schloss Gracht, the optional service station of the VKKD St. Vinzenz hospital, rooms for the new brand rollout of the Munich Municipal Hospital Group (MMHG) and product design, modular bench “Kahuna” for SMV.
Awarded with various, also international design prizes, such as the Best of Competition Healthcare of the IIDA, German Design Award, Outstanding Property Award London (OPAL), the DDC Award Bronze, IIDA Global Award and Grand Prix du Design, Silver, attractive designs and design solutions have consistently emerged, about we are happy altogether.
Corporate/Office
Modern workplaces are constantly changing due to constant changes in the framework conditions.
Communication and identification with the company, however, play an important role in the long term. That is why we integrate the rooms into the corporate design in a contemporary way and thus sustainably support marketing, from the existing to the ambitious new building.
Offices relating to socializing, lifestyles and work-life balance are opportunities that companies perceive to adapt lively and flexibly in order to successfully ensure their survival in a sustainable future. The shortage of skilled workers and digitization are putting companies under pressure to adapt their interior design to play an attractive and furthermore strategic role.
We help you to play an active role in order to become attractive and to shape the future. With our drafts, we show you possible solutions in the office world that accelerate the achievement of the desired target and get closer to it. So that everyone feels comfortable and at the same time work remains what is right for you: productive.
Exhibition
Selected exhibition projects are part of our portfolio: Be it the politically pioneering digital healthcare special show “FutureCare” for Bitkom at CeBIT in Hanover with a technologically innovative background, the carefully curated cultural-historical exhibition and crowd-puller “Ex Oriente – Isaak and the white elephant” all around the cathedral in Aachen or the space-encompassing Competence Center Space at the international office furniture fair Orgatec in Cologne.
All of these conceptions have one thing in common: as a pacemaker and inspiring source of impetus, to drive the future forward.
Healthcare
Without exception, we understand our Healthcare Interiors as Healing Environments, healing spaces in which people, such as patients and relatives, last but not least employees feel better. With our expertise, we reliably create high-quality and excellent designs that fit into modern healthcare strategies. Our concept is always adjusted to the new. Since the vision of a private patient room of the future was created as a mock-up in 2006 (!) As part of a conference, the next, this time discreet milestone, was the optional service prototype with atmosphere on behalf of the private health insurance company, which is why we, très important, are familiar regarding WL (private patient) billing right from the cradle and thus revenue optimization.
The highlight of digitization, the FutureCare special show for the Bitkom digital association at CeBit, initiated digitization in the healthcare system in 2009, which is currently only gaining momentum in Germany through the Hospital Future Act (KHZG). Similar situation with Psychosomatik, our Schloss Gracht private clinic, which was named Best of Healthcare Competition by the IIDA in the USA and which the jury described as a game changer.
Most recently the visionary design of the digitally smart patientroom “Soulspace” has been published. More to come …
Know-how for the respective functionality and process optimization, hygiene and fire protection ensures the symbiosis with the right atmosphere. From public hospitals to private clinics to university hospitals, all of our future-oriented healthcare interiors shape interior design interoperability. With consideration for all stakeholders, the understanding of the patient journey in the healthcare sector and what health means for our society, an interior design is created that helps healing and is attractive to professionals. In this way, it supports the performance of medicine and brings patient safety to a high level. On the contrary we strongly believe, economy and quality of stay are not mutually exclusive.
Product Design
In Between – interior design moves at the interface between architecture and design. That is why interior products are being created for the industry that have been lacking in this type of market and enriching it. The successful bestseller collection with coordinated color nuances for the sustainable rubber flooring “Sentica” for Nora by Interface or the compact and modular bench “Kahuna” for the German furniture manufacturer SMV are examples of this. By providing products that help to improve interiors, we work ahead interiors on the supply chain value.
