Interior Design is our strength and sophisticated interiors are our passion. We design future-oriented and innovative corporate interiors that make your company distinctive. Specialized in interior design with a focus on healthcare and healing environments for hospitals, the studio has many years of reliable expertise and therefore provides planning security, which equips our clients well for the future. Office design, residential real estate, exhibition concepts and product design complement the work.
As a free and completely independent “indie” interior design office, we work with absolute focus by creating a high-quality design for sustainable, future-oriented corporate interiors. Since we want to remain specialized, small and flexible, we usually work in the first service phases, i.e. after the finished design, we prepare and hand over to our clients. After that, we will be happy to accompany you until final acceptance of the construction work. Therefore we are available at any time and take our time for you.
When it comes to spatial implementation, we work smoothly with other parties involved, such as structural engineering, in a team in order to achieve a coherent overall concept. We develop both partial as well as complete solutions, specifically from the individual room to the economically standardized overall standards of interior design or impactful central idea of a property.
Materials, products, colors, shapes, light, furniture – independent of producers or dealers, we develop an aesthetic overall concept with atmosphere and quality of stay that suits you and your company.
Since every company in the 21st century is all about sustainability, interior design for us does not only mean investment, but lives on after implementation, also means maintenance in operation and life cycle costs (LCC), so that a return on investment ( RoI) is created. We keep an eye on this with you, as well as the supply chains, on one hand to make it easier to adhere to schedules and on the other hand to meet our social responsibility at this point as well.
Communication
In a joint kick-off conversation, we get to know each other and, in exchange, explore your self-image, ideas and goals, whereby we also take future developments into account. We do not simply implement your wishes, but advise and support you with our expertise.
We work focused on your design. Discussions and exchanges, whether analogue or digital, have a clear objective for us, are based on a common mindset, from togetherness and experience, instead of rigid catalogs of questions.
Brand thinking, future orientation and sustainability are omnipresent for us. The integration of the rooms into the corporate design (CD) as an expression of the corporate identity (CI) is a matter of course for us, as an expression of a company that can be experienced through the senses. In order to support the brand experience, it runs as a perceptible red thread through all components in order to provide communicative support. That is why our rooms are characterized by an emotional and attractive quality of stay, which is crucial – for employees as well as customers, it contributes to motivation and identification.
We use this to develop successful corporate interiors from your rooms that convincingly reflect the corporate culture.
Design and planning
The functionality is the basis for our overall aesthetic concept, as is the atmosphere of the location and the surrounding architecture. Once the tasks have been clarified, an atmospheric preliminary draft is developed on this basis as a basis for discussion of the final, fine-tuned draft. Digital CAD drawings, 3D visuals, possibly AR / VR, but also real material samples help you to imagine the result. If necessary, other professionals, e.g. for lighting planning, can be integrated. The following applies to orders to be carried out: After the offers have been obtained, we will be happy to make the right choice together with you. Since we work independently of the manufacturer, we only represent the interests of our client.
In this way we create the appropriate and functioning design for you, because design does not fit into any Excel spreadsheet.
Cost and time
All of our work, from the initial planning to the execution of the last details, is embedded in a cost and schedule. Our own fee is usually a reasonable flat rate, which is based on the HOAI (german fee regulations for architects and engineers[Honorarordnung für Architekten und Ingenieure), the hours spent, experience and our expertise, which means high planning security for you.
Construction management and coordination
We mostly work in the first planning phases, adapt flexibly to your timing and sometimes take over the artistic construction management afterwards. We are the contact person for construction management and coordination on the construction site at all times. At the end there is the acceptance of the construction work, which can be carried out if desired together with the construction management and you as the client.
